Since Saturday November 3rd, 2007, David and I have been testing a terminal server and thin-client setup, using Ubuntu and Edubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon). Our first test with Edubuntu server LTSP, on Saturday November 10th, was successful and shows how easy it is to set up painlessly one terminal server and several thin-clients. Testing will continue next Saturday, 17th November. You can read more details and view two pictures here.
If you are interested, the setup demonstration is visible at the CNF-AUF center, Ngo 42 Ta Quang Buu, Bach Khoa Polytechnic university’s campus (Call : 04-868.48.85).
